My goal of losing 25 lbs began mid-October, 2009 and I plan to achieve that goal by March 31, 2010. But this blog isn't just about losing weight. It's about feeling great. I'm so tired of being tired and depressed and unfit. For the next five months my hobby, my obsession, my devotion - will be ME!
