I Finally Got the NAC

N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)

3 weeks ago I began taking this supplement - NAC.  I noticed the difference within 24 The pain was greatly diminished in my neck, shoulder and upper arm. Now, after years of hurting (I have bone spurs in my neck and an old injury in my left shoulder), I am almost pain free.  My sinus condition and breathing are improved. Skin is clearer. My energy level has steadily increased. My focus and concentration are improved. Everything is brighter

I have no idea if this is a supplement that would help you, but wow, it has changed my life. My push is now on to get off the other 10 lbs and strengthen my core.

Here's a link to the Life Extension Foundation that has some information on NAC

Information taken from the page:

Proponents of NAC find that NAC is an immune enhancer; prevents and treats cancer; detoxifies heavy metals; treats smoker’s cough and bronchitis; prevents heart disease; slows progression of HIV; relieves hangover symptoms; reduces exercise fatigue. It is used as a supplement for bronchitis, HIV infection, cystic fibrosis, cancer chemotherapy support, acetaminophen poisoning, heavy metal poisoning, and septic shock.

Red Hot Mamma

I did not lose any weight this month.  Been sick since Christmas and just coming out of it.  So I was not able to exercise or devote any energy to strict meal planning.  Was all I could do to keep pace with work.  So, yes, it's disappointing, but I'm so grateful to be feeling better that it's like January never happened.  Here's a little number from Sophie Tucker for all you red hot Mama's.
